Production Process
JinHai follows its own standard operating procedures during mass production. The standard production process is as follows:
Step 1: Crimp
Terminals and wires are crimped using semi-automatic or fully automatic equipment, with quality control testing conducted on crimp height, width, and pull force.
Step 2: Assembly
Arrange the pre-assembled semi-finished wires on the manufacturing fixture board. This ensures the correct branching and dimensions of the wiring harness.
Step 3: Detection
1. Using form-fitting gauges, we can inspect whether the wiring harness exhibits any damage, exposed wires, or loose fasteners.
2. Through electrical testing equipment, we can accurately measure whether each circuit within the wiring harness is conductive.
Step 4: Packaging
1. Line the interior of the cardboard box with a dust-proof bag, and place 50g of desiccant inside the bag.
2. Once the quantity of wire harnesses reaches the standard packaging amount, place a cardboard cover for preliminary securing, seal the dust-proof bag, and finally seal the carton.
